Chongastán Restaurant

Chongastán Restaurant was opened in August 2006 after the inspiring task of building, decorating and stocking the establishment, under the technical supervision of the architect Eva Cobo. The family has always worked in breeding cattle, and in fact still does, taking the cattle to graze on the pastures all year round and on the wide prairies at the foot of the Chía Mountain Range.

All the meat is from our cattle, and we also grow our own vegetables and pulses to serve in the restaurant.
