As the sunset sets, we will reach 2,000 meters high on board of a snow machine specially prepared with a cabin for more than 20 passengers. In the middle of the pine forest, a unique setting of peace and calm, we will enjoy a mountain gastronomy supper, a menu consisting in the valley traditional cuisine, homemade desserts and a wide range of the most exquisite wines and champagnes. With no doubt, the gastronomic event par excellence is the Snow cooking Guayente Cerler. The most expected evening among the most exigent palates celebrates its eighth edition this year. The Snow cooking attendees have the opportunity of living a very intensive experience that starts right after closing the ski resort: gliding down the empty slopes, toasts at sunset, the best wine tastings and the gourmet sampling of a exclusive menu prepared by students of Escuela de Hostelería de Guayente.
